The activities in le Trégor
The markets:
- on Wednesdays in Tréguier and especially from mid-July to mid-August
all day long with free musical entertainment in the evening
- on Thursdays in Lannion (it is the biggest market in the 'département') and in summer in Port-Blanc
- on Saturdays in Penvenan
The water activities: 
- marinas and sailing schools in Tréguier and
Port-Blanc
- canoeing in La Roche-Derrien
- trips to the sea from
Plougrescant aboard the Marie-Georgette, and from Port-Blanc aboard the Ausquémé
- forum in Trégastel (water sports and fitness centre)
The hikes:
On foot:
- the excisemen's path or GR 34 follows all the coast. The several tours that are set in the 'Pays de Tréguier' ally the discovery of the coast and the calmness of the inland paths (Lanmérin, Plougrescant, Plouguiel and Penvenan)
On bike:
- many marked tours
On horseback:
- riding circuits
